José Oliveira, CEOIf your business involves the utilisation of data for core processes, you probably have come across this quote by Mathematician Clive Humby multiple times. While the modern world views data as the most valuable resource, organisations across different industries have realised that data capabilities can help them gain an unbeatable competitive edge. Whether their objective is to embrace big data technology for digital transformation, beat the competition with analytics, or become “AI-first,” data forms is the foundation of all initiatives. Moreover, data’s value as an asset has significantly pushed up in the wake of coronavirus pandemic as the global population has been spending a more significant part of the time online.
As a result, there is a growing need for Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions in the current market to serve the purpose of offering decision-makers a working tool based on correct information about their organisation, the market or the competition so that decisions are made most accurately and analytically possible, leading to the best results. However, great decisions demand advanced analytics to achieve the cornerstone of every transformation: turning data into insights. This is where BI4ALL is in a league of its own.

Sky-High Success Streak
“Our strong track record of successful projects is reflected in the customers who have partnered with us over the years. We strive to help clients understand the value of data-driven insights so that they remain competitive with excellent business results,” states Oliveira. The company has recently launched the Human Resources Analytics solution and BIA, an AI solution that aims to respond in real-time to information requests. BIA is a 24x7 accessible, device-agnostic solution that uses Machine Learning techniques to answer simple business questions, thereby reducing the time spent on preparing information. Additionally, users also can communicate with the caller in several languages.
The other solution by BI4ALL, Human Resources Analytics, provides enhanced analytical capacity for the human resource organisations management, allowing a unified view of relevant data involving employee headcount, turnover, payroll, recruitment processes, employee engagement, evaluation processes, skills characterisation, training needs and absenteeism analysis.
Moving ahead, BI4ALL will continue to offer value beyond expectations by providing powerful technologies and excellent services that empower and inspire customers to transform data into insights. The company aims to achieve constant excellence in the creation and development of Data Analytics and AI solutions and strengthening and retention of the team, not only in terms of the people expertise but also in the number of collaborators that currently comprise BI4ALL. The company is also focused on extending its presence to new international markets, thus consolidating its status as a trusted partner in Portugal and abroad in consulting services, with a focus on Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, particularly through its Nearshore Centre. “We will reinforce our strengths in the area of specialisation, always keeping in mind the objective of continuing to grow and evolve with our clients, nationally and internationally,” concludes Oliveira.
